hi, I’m alejandra
so, how’d i get here?
Before founding ready cultures in 2023, I spent 15 years leading communications in Am Law 100 law firms — everything from executive communications to PR and crisis management, brand strategy, media relations, and internal systems. I built programs from scratch, often with limited budgets and small, but mighty teams.
Across all of it, I saw the same pattern play out: when internal communication was treated as an afterthought, everything else suffered. Teams worked in silos, employees felt disconnected, and leadership grew frustrated by slow progress and low engagement. Even the best external strategies couldn't compensate for the dysfunction happening inside.
But I also saw what happened when internal communication was strategic and intentional — the entire organization thrived. Teams aligned around shared goals, leaders earned trust, and culture became a competitive advantage that attracted the right talent.
That experience showed me where the real work needed to happen. Now, I focus exclusively on workplace communications and culture — helping service-based businesses build the internal systems that actually drive alignment, retention, and bottom-line results.
